1. A copy of the student's passport and sponsor's passport with valid residential visa page.
   
   
2. 5 passport size photographs of the student.
   
   
3. The original birth certificate and a copy of the certificate. Birth certificates of certain countries require an assessment from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from the respective Embassy. Please contact the school to confirm.
   
   
4. A copy of the student's final report card for the previous academic school year and a copy of the student's first term report card of the current academic year.
   
   
5. An attitude and behavior report from the previous school for Grade 6 to 12.
   
   
6. The original end of year report card of the current academic year and a transfer letter from the previous school should be provided before September 2010 for your child to attend classes.
   
   
7. A copy of the student's Health and Insurance card and immunization / vaccination record.
